IPF's previous social media strategy had not been upgraded in two years. In the realm of digital communications and social media, that's ancient, and it reflected in the analytics we collected every month - few people were reached, even fewer engaged. We needed to rethink our strategy to not only better engage our audience, but to better reflect IPF's visions and objectives.
